Cast includes Christopher Walken, Lindsay Crouse, Frances Sternhagen, Andreas Katsulas, Terri Hanauer, Joel Carlson, and Basil Hoffman. (107 minutes, 1977)

Inside Man: Within A matter of seconds, the Manhattan Trust Bank has been taken over. Everyone inside is held hostage. The robbers have a brilliant plan that the police struggle to deal with. Just how will they escape, and what was really going on in this sophisticated heist?

The feeling is crisp and observational; director Youthful’s first flick. Cast includes Domingo Ambriz, Trinidad Silva, Linda Gillin, Ned Beatty, Julius Harris, Paul Berrones, and Edward James Olmos. (110 minutes, 1977)

Vibrant visual effects and quick pace make this one of the more superior Japanese sci thriller. Cast includes Kenji Sahara, Yumi Shirakawa, Momoko Koclti, and Akihiko Hirata. (85 minutes, 1957)

A phrase like “Movies Rentals” might get a good result. Not all searches get the right result. If the first one fails to work out try another one. “Movies To Download Online” would be worth a try.

Your Net Biz, Scam Or Serious Business.

Posted by | Posted in Home Based Business | Posted on 29-08-2009

When shopping around online to buy into an internet business you will come across many programs and schemes that sound far to good to be true. It would be wise to be careful before parting with your money as there is an awful lot of rubbish out there, so make sure you spend quite a bit of time researching your new venture. Get rich overnight propositions do not work so stay away!

After my research that took a few months, I stumbled across Your Net Biz, I could not find anyone with a negative word to say about it. I signed up quickly after having my questions answered by a business assistant from the company and the rest is history.

The company started in April 2008 under the name of My Internet Business and has since redesigned and renamed itself to Your Net Biz. They have never claimed that you will not have to lift a finger to make money, neither have they promoted that you will be a millionaire overnight, instead you are encouraged to educate yourself, take part in training webinars and learn as much as you can.

Providing many information products on multiple subjects the company aims for you to earn and profit from these downloadable items like e-books, audio and graphic’s software. However the big money can be made from the four product suite packages earning members up to $2000.00 for every sale. This is one of the main reasons Your Net Biz is very popular.

When devised different budgets were catered for, the cheapest to join will cost you $495.00 for the bronze package and $2995.00 for the top platinum suite. You can also upgrade at a later date is you wish but that comes with a charge of 20% extra.

As with most things in life the more you pay, the more you get and as a Platinum associate you are able to earn the highest commissions at $2000.00 per sale. Also you will have access Your Net Biz private travel club which will get you huge discounts on family holidays, hotels and you can even book your own flights. Some other companies will charge around $3000.00 for this alone.

Nothing is for free and lack of dedication will not bring you any success. It is very important when joining a business like Your Net Biz to put in the time and effort required to make a decent living. This will apply to any programme you choose to work with and join. There is a high failure rate for people starting a home based business, but it is mostly due to the persons attitude and self discipline.

Put together a marketing plan and put time aside every single day to spend learning, this will ensure that you will give yourself every chance of massive success. Don’t make the same mistake that some people do by giving up because you will lose out big time.

Your Net Biz, scam or serious business? I think the latter suits it perfectly.

Good luck,

Stuart.

Do You Know What Takes To Be Successful Entrepreneur?

Posted by | Posted in Internet Marketing | Posted on 29-08-2009

Have you imagined what it would be like to set your hours, fire your boss and be free of the office politics? Bask in the glory you can imagine from being a smashing success and rolling in the dough!

Wait just one moment, don’t sign the contract for the summer home in the Hamptons just yet. There is something you need to consider first: Is it in you to be a true entrepreneur? Do you have the stamina and the guts to earn lots of money and be rich?

To get to the bottom of this question you should compare yourself to the following characteristics, Can you / do you:

-Press on when there is no gratification, results are slow to come? In the beginning the sheer rush of owning your own business will color the way you see and feel about everything. Adrenaline will pound through your veins for days or even a month.

Unfortunately, the high does not last very long. Now you are faced with working long hours trying to make a go of it and all the adrenaline has dried up. The hardest part at this point is you are working diligently without any tangible results. Leaving you with little if anything to motivate you on to your goals.

Answer this question, do you have the will power to see something through even if pay off is delayed? These are the questions that determine an entrepreneur from all the rest.

-Let go of a bad concept? Trust me nothing is worse than having to walk away from your baby, if you will. This is a part of you something you have spent a lot of time on.

However, what do you do when that idea is failing? What if the idea is just a small part of the overall business and it is taking the ship down with it? Can you cut it loose despite the fact that you love this idea and are attached to it? These are things a good entrepreneur is forced to do.

-Have self-confidence and assurance in your own abilities? Many people will doubt what you are trying to do; in fact, some may even ridicule you. When you let their opinion affect you the battle is already lost.

It takes rock solid confidence in your idea and abilities, if you have that you can be a great entrepreneur.

-Have knowledge of the value of your products and service? A beginners biggest problem is knowing how to price their product or service. You will find them working hundreds of hours for peanuts. This occurs most frequently because of the value they put on the product or service they offer. If you tell yourself you would never pay x amount of dollars for something you are bound to price it too low to stay in business.

You are the provider of service or product, not the consumer of it. Your job is to offer something of value to people and then be fairly compensated for the effort. If you go wild and over price the product or service your customer base will be quick to let you know.

If this is not happening you are on the right path and valueing your product or service rightly. At this point you are close to being a good entrepreneur.

-Problem solver? This is the big final question, can you solve problems?

Entreprenuers must be problem solvers, there is simply no one else to solve them. This is your business, your baby if you will and the buck stops with you. All the corporate big dogs are gone and you are the boss!

There is of course an even bigger reason to solve problems, it great for business! In fact that is your business, when you can quickly pick out the problems others are dealing with and then solve them then you have what you need to be a good entrepreneur.

Customer Service Training

Posted by | Posted in Tips | Posted on 28-08-2009

Whatever your company does, maintaining outstanding customer care is essential to its ongoing prosperity, whether youre meeting with a customer face-to-face or speaking with them on the phone.

So what exactly is excellent customer care and how do we achieve and maintain it? Well, step one is ensuring that all employees understand the benefits there are to be had with perfect customer care and that they all know exactly how to handle any type of call from a customer and any type of situation where they must interact with a customer confidently, in a friendly manner, and competently.

But how is it possible to ensure that customer service is constantly on the minds of all of your employees and how is it possible to improve every day?

Every company is judged by what is visible on the outside. This usually means front of house operations. If you have excellent customer services, then this will reflect excellence in your business operations. Most of the time, your customers wont know must about the intricacies of your operations, however if everything runs smoothly and the customers are all served effectively and in a timely manner, they will assume that you run an equally tight ship in your core operations.

If your phones are not answered in a uniform, scripted efficient manner, then perhaps the rest of your business is run along similar lines? People make assumptions, which may well be wrong, but they will still make them based upon what they can see. You might have the best product in the world, but if you display it in a dirty room with cobwebs all over it and a spot light flickering then you will look like you dont care. As a consequence, your customers will switch off and move to a company that does care about them.

Good customer service is an art form, it should be consistent, reliable, and everyone who comes into contact with your organisation should receive the same level of service, every time. Creating systems to make this happen will transform your business into a slick, professional operation that delivers time after time.

We can all recall receiving bad customer service at some point, and we can probably all remember receiving good customer service as well. Make sure your company is remembered for the latter reason, and not the first.
