Understand How Incredible Your Own Mind Power Is

Your mind is an incredibly powerful thing, and it’s actually a magnet to things that happen in your life. What you think and see is eventually what you’re going to attract. This is known as The Law of Attraction and is specifically the power of your own mind. Basically, the Law of Attraction says that, ‘As you think, so shall you be.’ In other words, if you think something is going to happen to you, eventually it probably will. You can make that work in your favor, because you can change your mind to the positive – but you have to think, envision, feel, literally embody it before it can happen. It’s going to take some practice to do this, likely, but that’s true of anything you’re going to get good at. Once you know how to use it, though, you’ll see that the power of your mind is just astonishing.
Every one of us is born with this mind power, but most of us don’t believe that it can actually help us or even that it exists. It’s been proven, for example, that humans only use about 10% of their current brain capacity for power; now, think about that for a second. That’s crazy, but it’s probably true. Most of us just stick with the ‘tried-and-true,’ and never try to break out or our comfort zones. And what that can mean is that we have trouble in life that we simply think ‘just is.’ We think negatively because we don’t think that what we want can truly be ours. So basically, we begin to think that the negative circumstances we now attract are simply all there is. However, if we only understood that we’re attracting what we’re experiencing, we would see our own thoughts happening before our eyes.
The truth is, what happens in your ‘reality’ actually happens in your mind first. Whatever you’ve gotten in life so far has been as a result of the power of your mind. Many people say that absolutely everyone has psychic and extrasensory abilities, but that sounds pretty specialized and ‘out of this world.’ What it really shows is that those who have these abilities have learned how to tap into mind power at its fullest. If you want something, you first have to think about it and then it will eventually appear. And this is true whether you want the best or the worst. If you always think about the worst, in other words, that’s what’s going to happen.
I can hear you asking, ‘But what can I do to change things?’ And the fact is, you can begin to increase your mind’s power by doing several things. First of all, do something called visualization. This very powerful technique can help you focus and develop your current mind power state, so that you can literally ‘flip the switch’ and learn how to use it; and learn how to increase it, too.
When you visualize, simply sit down and create pictures and images in your mind’s eye. This can help you a manifest these images in reality. First, though, you have to start with your subconscious. The subconscious mind is the most powerful tool you have, and bring what is in your subconscious mind into reality the way nothing else can. However, the drawback to this is that you have to think positive in order to have positive things come to you. Therefore, it’s best to ‘practice’ the way that you want to think and live before you actually try to do this.
It may be a help to you if you write everything down on a piece of paper, either in bullet format where you simply list the things you want to achieve, or by creating a story whereby you are the central player, living your best life. What goals do you have for yourself? Write those down so that you have something to shoot for. Then, create visions around those goals. When you write things down, it makes it hard to forget what you’ve visualized and it also helps cement them in your subconscious mind as well.
You can also increase your mind power by doing affirmations. Affirmations are simply little pieces of encouragement that you give yourself as you go throughout your day. It can be a bit of positive encouragement about anything. For example, you can say that you’re going to lose 10 pounds in a month. Keep saying these positive things, and eventually, you’ll see that these things just begin to happen. And it doesn’t matter whether or not you’re used to it at first, either. If you do something for 28 consecutive days, like any habit, it’s going to become natural to you.
You can also use a technique called ‘brainwave entrainment’ to develop more mind power. This is just brainwave synchronization using different frequencies through audio technology. With this type of technology, your body has the ability to do several things. One of them is such a body can actually heal itself this way. You can make this even more powerful with this type of advanced technology in audio format. Other things you can do will enhance your memory and bring to the fore any existing psychic powers you already have. These different frequencies can do a lot to unearth your mind power. This type of procedure is pretty advanced, but it does work.
Hypnosis can also help to increase your mind power by helping you relax and get into your subconscious mind directly. For example, hypnosis has been used successfully to help others quit smoking. These people simply go into a session with a trained hypnotist, relax, and listen to the trained hypnotist tell them again and again that smoking tastes very bad, that they don’t have the desire, that they’re repulsed by it, and that they’re ready to quit. And although this may take several sessions (just as any habit-training will), it does work. These hypnotists can help people believe for themselves that they can quit smoking. And all of that happens through the power of the subconscious mind – with a little help from the hypnotist.
Again, literally everyone has this power, the power of the mind. It’s a matter of believing in your abilities and then working on developing them. Again, this isn’t likely to happen overnight, but it will happen if you stay focused. You can have the life you want. You can change your circumstances from bad to good, or your luck from bad to good. As you work on developing your mind power, you can then train it out into the universe for good, so that what you put out will manifest back to you in the positive, and is what you desire.
